We do not share or sell your personal information. Your name, email address, phone number, street address, and all other information we collect during a transaction are for the purpose of our records and your purchase from this site. Furthermore, we use PayPal to process all of our transactions, ensuring your personal and private information is always 100% secure. Lastly, external sites that we link to are operated by a third party and are subject to their own privacy policy, and are not bound by these terms of use.

Credit Cards and Payments

To ensure the security of your personal information, we use Stripe , Google Pay , Apple Pay to process all of our transactions. Additionally, this also allows us to take all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders made with a credit card must be placed and paid for by the credit card holder. You must also provide accurate an accurate shipping address that corresponds with the billing address for the credit card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

Order Acceptance Policy

Unlike our competition, once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, we will pack and ship your entire order. Handling time is typically between 1-2 business days. However, in the highly unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order in its entirety, we will contact you directly to reach a solution. We will never ship you a partial order without communicating with you directly. Customer service is always our top priority, along with your complete satisfaction.

Order Cancellations

Taxes

All orders shipped within the same state are subject to applicable sale tax. For orders that are shipped to other states, you (the purchaser) assume all responsibility for local sales, use, or other associated taxes.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page. Optionally, if you cancel by phone, you will be asked to submit the request via email for both party’s records.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept any and all returns of unused product. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct our actual original shipping costs from your refund. You are also responsible for return shipping.
