Ground Shipping $10 for Orders over $59.99
To provide the fastest possible shipping for our customers, Wedding Day Sparklers uses FedEx SmartPost, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground for all of our orders. We offer FedEx SmartPost as our free shipping/economy shipping option, but also offer ground shipping via either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (at our discretion) for a small additional fee ($10 extra per order). Our approximate shipping times are as follows:
Economy Shipping: FedEx SmartPost (5-14 Business Days)
Ground Shipping: FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)
Because of the nature of some of our products, we cannot offer rush deliveries (including next day and express air deliveries). We only ship Monday through Friday, and packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. We must have a physical mailing address located in the continental United States. Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of purchases over $200.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within THE SAME DAY you order them Monday through Friday, otherwise on Monday if you order over the weekend. We will ship your order the same day as long as it is received by 3PM Central time. Otherwise it will ship the following business day.
Once an order has been shipped and in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery will take place within 1-14 business days; depending on the shipping option you selected. Please provide for plenty of time for your order to be shipped in a timely manner.
We will accept any and all returns of unused product for 30 days after delivery.
If you received free shipping on your order you will be billed for the cost of that on your refund and you are also responsible for return shipping. On orders under $59.99 you will be billed the actual shipping costs and not the $10.00 shipping cost we add. Please order with enough time for your order to arrive.
We can only ship orders within the continental United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please be aware of and observe any laws or regulations regarding the use of our products in your state or county. Buyer is responsible for following any state and local laws, and assumes full responsibility for safe and legal use of any and all items purchased.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is in the possession of the shipper, it is out of our control. However, we automatically add signature confirmation to orders over $200 and are happy to add it to any order upon request. Requiring a signature helps to ensure it is delivered to a person rather than being left in an unsafe area.
Wedding Day Sparklers is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $59.99, regardless of where you’re located in the continental United States. For orders under $59.99, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged. Also, for orders shipping to Minnesota, state sales tax will also be added to the total for all orders. Shipping wedding sparklers is the most affordable way to get them.
Order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page. If you cancel by phone, you will be asked to submit the request via email for both party’s records.
